They are seeking an Assistant Production Coordinator to support their Production team during the 2026 political cycle, focusing on scheduling talent, producing radio spots, and managing project budgets.ResponsibilitiesSchedule SAG-AFTRA VO talent, including liaising with agents and studiosProduce radio spots: monitor VO sessions, supervise mixes, and coordinate across teamsAssist in developing project budgets and timelinesNegotiate and license stock footage and music; track usage terms and expiration datesServe as point of contact for billing: POs, invoices, estimates, end-of-project billing; create internal edit/equipment invoicesMaintain department databases on Lucid, SharePoint and Google Drive (training provided), adhere to internal naming/versioning conventionsSkills1-2 years of experience in production/film or related field; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceMastery of organization, time management and detail; strong interpersonal and phone/email communicationAdobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects a plus); Microsoft Office; macOSComfortable with evenings/weekends and rapid responseFlexibility, imagination, attention to detail, ability to grasp project requirements quickly, and ability to collaborate in a creative team environmentExperience working with SAG-AFTRA and/or non-union on-camera and voiceover talent; vendor managementCompany OverviewGMMB is a PR and Communications company that offers communication, media, and PR services.
