Growing together.Primary Responsibilities:We are currently looking for dedicated professionals to fulfill the following job responsibilities:Lead a team of 18-25 from a process & people standpointAccurate and timely documentation of dataEnsure that performance metrics are achieved and building and maintaining an effective Team environmentBuild and maintain effective relationships with internal customers (i.e., Domestic Teams, Supervisors, Managers and Directors etc.)Coordinate with the Team to identify process improvement opportunities Monitor, measure and report Team performance metrics and implement Team incentive programsDeliver/facilitate training (both new and ongoing)Partner with leadership to promote department revenue and business objectivesProvide feedback to management on individual and group training resultsReview and update training materials as neededRoutinely analyze quality results to report error trendsIdentify root causes of errors and opportunities for defect reductionAnalyze and develop overall improvement plans (department and individual)Administrative responsibilities as assignedDaily management of MBO’sTo ensure smooth Month end closing and reconciliation of reportsTo ensure client satisfaction by delivery of quality services and quality productsTo review the MIS reports and take corrective steps to strengthen the productivity / peopleAppraise the performance of the team members at the regular intervalsRecommend the rewards / incentives to the employees in token of the appreciation / recognition based on the performanceAllocate shifts, sanction compensatory off and weekly offs to the subordinatesInteracting with the onshore team to understand and capture all requirements of the processMaintenance of the Standard Operating procedures for all the processesPrepare and review the weekly and monthly performance Dashboards with onshore and offshore stakeholders Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).
