Assistant Legal Counsel
Job Description: • Serve as a legal partner for Stryker's Flex Financial division • Support sales personnel within Flex Financial on commercial financing matters • Draft and edit contracts related to Flex Financial contracting • Act as a legal business partner for operations and commercial personnel • Develop knowledge of legal frameworks concerning medical devices • Document usage and lease agreements for Flex • Follow and educate others on contract management processes • Collaborate with colleagues, management, and outside counsel Requirements: • 8+ years of work experience • Bachelor’s Degree • JD from an accredited U.S. law school • Admitted to practice law and in good standing with the bar of at least one U.S. State • Exceptional communication and relationship skills • Excellent organizational skills • Excellent interpersonal skills • Experience in anti-privacy and anti-kickback practices (preferred) • Professional experience in law firm or corporate legal department setting (preferred) • Prior professional experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, life sciences (preferred) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Benefits: • salary plus bonus eligible + benefits Apply tot his job
