Qualifications
• Graduate from an approved professional nursing program
• Licensed RN (Registered Nurse) in Illinois (or other applicable state)
• New graduates welcome—comprehensive training provided!
Responsibilities
As part of this role, you will:
• Conduct 1-hour supervisory visits with pediatric patients—reviewing medication, vital signs, and care plans.
• Perform private duty nursing visits, delivering specialized, one-on-one skilled nursing care for pediatric and adult clients in their homes or other community settings.
• Educate clients and families on home health care procedures and wellness strategies.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other care team members to optimize care delivery.
• Recommend and demonstrate medical tools or adaptive devices that enhance clients’ quality of life.
