Resolve customer concerns and complaints efficiently, ensuring satisfaction and retention
Guide customers through the check-in process, including baggage drop-off and seat selection
Assist with boarding procedures, gate announcements, and travel documentation verification


Technical & Administrative Tasks


Utilize our proprietary reservation and customer relationship management systems
Accurately input and update customer information, travel itineraries, and billing details
Process refunds, exchanges, and adjustments as needed per company policies
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions for quality assurance and follow-up
Stay current with system updates and new features to provide accurate information


Special Customer Services
