What You’ll DoAs Area Vice President of Sales, you will lead and execute sales strategy across your assigned region while partnering with national commercial leadership to drive overall company growth. You will manage, coach, and develop a high-performing commercial team while expanding CDL’s footprint across cardiology practices and hospital systems.You’ll drive impact by:Executing regional and national sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue goalsManaging, motivating, and developing Territory Managers and Business Development ManagersActing as a player/coach while the business scalesCollaborating with Commercial leadership on best practices and resource developmentDriving brand awareness and marketing efforts with internal and external partnersAnalyzing market and performance data to optimize geographic and account targetingPreparing activity reports and participating in quarterly operating plan reviewsEnsuring compliance with sales, regulatory, and company standardsDeveloping Key Opinion Leader (KOL) champions and enabling peer-to-peer engagementSupporting physician experience programs and technology demonstrationsMaintaining the highest level of customer experience across all CDL technologies QualificationsRequired:Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)Proven leadership experience in cardiology or cardiac imaging salesStrong understanding of cardiology practice and hospital sales environmentsDemonstrated ability to deliver cohesive value propositions across multiple channelsExperience analyzing sales and market data to guide strategyAbility to articulate clinical, economic, and HEOR value to customersStrong communication, coaching, and presentation skillsHigh level of organization and commercial acumenPreferred:Experience leading multi-territory teamsEstablished relationships within cardiology practices and health systemsExperience with healthcare marketing tools and CRM platformsFamiliarity with digital marketing or web-based tools Critical SkillsStrategic leadershipSales execution & accountabilityDecision making & problem solvingCoaching and team developmentCommunication excellenceOrganization & planningCreativity and adaptability Working ConditionsPrimarily desk-based with frequent regional travelIndoor work environmentAbility to lift/move up to 10–25 lbsAbility to manage stress during peak workloadsExposure to healthcare and clinical environments What CDL Nuclear OffersCompetitive compensationMedical, Vision & Dental InsuranceShort-Term DisabilityCompany-paid Long-Term DisabilityCompany-paid Life & AD&D Insurance401(k) with company matchPaid Holidays & PTOTraining & professional developmentCareer advancement opportunitiesEmployee referral programCDL Nuclear Technologies is an Equal Opportunity Employer.All employment decisions are based on individual merit and business needs.
