A Day in the Life:
Coach and develop a team of 50 to 200 Amazon associates to achieve their full potential
Communicate policies, maintain compliance, and take corrective action when needed
Create and support recognition programs to drive engagement and motivation
Partner with the management team to establish and maintain quality control standards
Develop performance goals and targets to achieve customer demand and ensure accuracy and quality
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team
Drive results and achieve performance goals
Ensure a safe and secure work environment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with a conferral date between May 2021 and August 2023
Strong communication and leadership skills

Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
