Care Initiatives is now hiring an Area Intake Coordinator – Clinical to join our Central Intake Team. This Full-time, Remote Position Will • Assist in the coordination of all admissions to facility in accordance with budgeted census projections. • Review clinical on potential referrals and assess for each of our buildings. What it takes to become an Area Intake Coordinator – Clinical with Care Initiatives: • Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. • Knowledge of Medicare, Managed Care, and Medicaid Insurance. • Point Click Care CRM knowledge – preferred. • Knowledge of insurance portals and authorization guidelines. • Knowledge of hospital referral systems and electronic medical records. • Strong customer service skills.
