Position Overview:The Business Solutions Architect is responsible for the creation and management of the requirements and technical documentation for IRT projects. Business Solutions Architects work closely with the client, Project Managers, and technical teams to ensure that each system is built and updated to meet the needs of the protocol.* This role is based remotely in China with standard working hours of 9am to 6pm (UTC+8). Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to define and document initial system requirements and enhancements needed for major changes to existing buildsAct as subject matter expert on client clinical study protocol for studies with moderate to high complexityAuthor specifications for IRT, randomization and kit lists, and interfacesBuild effective partnerships with other internal teams to move project through all phases of the development process.Support UAT setup and executionContinuous learning on company platform and offerings as they evolve Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred; appropriate experience in the IRT industry may substitute for the degree requirement. Experience: 2-4 years’ experience in a software business analyst role, with a proven ability to understand technical concepts and learn very quickly.2-4 years’ experience in the life science industryPrevious experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment preferred.Prior experience delivering voice (IVR) web (IWR) and mobile (IMR) platforms preferred.Familiarity using SQL a plus Skills: Strong attention to detail and quality-focusStrong customer service orientationExcellent organizational and time management skillsGood communication skillsExcellent organizational skillsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with a wide variety of professionalsSolid written communication, including the ability to effectively document technical informationAble to work on multiple assignments with moderate supervision Additional Information #LI-MT #LI-Remote
