Objective:
To enroll qualified warm prospects into our industry leading Real Estate Coaching Program via telephone and/or Zoom.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• The essential role of our coaching sales representative is conducting inbound pre-scheduled appointments.
• This is a virtual sales position.
• Our representatives have the freedom to work from a home office.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities within the CRM.
• Build and maintain excellent customer relationships
Qualifications:
• A minimum of 4 years of telephone sales experience from an inside sales environment
• A proven track record.
• Modern basic computer skills.
• The ability to build rapport and be able to correspond with people from all backgrounds and to communicate effectively with all types of people.
• The ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral and diagram form.
• The ability to work from your home.
