As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sourcing plans to maximize the value of our professional services spend. You will work closely with business stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a meaningful contribution to the success of blithequark. **Responsibilities** As a Full Stack Strategic Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for the following: * Developing and implementing strategic sourcing plans to maximize the value of our professional services spend * Collaborating with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements * Managing RFPs, negotiations, and contract administration for professional services agreements * Building and maintaining relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders * Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform sourcing decisions * Developing and implementing performance metrics to measure supplier performance * Ensuring compliance with sourcing and procurement regulations and best practices * Communicating and documenting key supplier relationships and performance metrics to stakeholders * Participating in professional development activities to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices **Key Skills and Qualifications** * 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in professional services sourcing * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively * Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels * Strong negotiation and contract administration skills, with the ability to manage complex contracts and agreements * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong knowledge of sourcing and procurement processes, including RFPs, negotiations, and contract administration * Familiarity with entertainment industry trends and competitor activity * Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with and/or for companies that offer consulting and advisory services * Professional services sourcing experience, including experience with RFPs, negotiations, and contract administration * Consulting or advisory experience, including experience with market research and analysis * Strong knowledge of contract law and negotiation techniques **Work Environment and Culture** blithequark is a dynamic and innovative company that values creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
