This includes managing the bottler, customer, supplier, and 3rd party relationships; understanding the business requirements, B2B project and service management, project discovery and inception, conducting meetings with internal and external business stakeholders, performing data analysis and project reporting, and managing the development and support processes and resources of 3rd party providers, such as OpenText.Duties and Responsibilities Acts as liaison between the IT B2B team, Coca-Cola operating companies and electronic Trading PartnersObtains information from trading partners and Coca-Cola operating companies required to implement EDI and Electronic Business initiativesManages the EDI and B2B development with 3rd party providersEnsures that providers perform the following to Coca-Cola standards and SLAs:file mapping to trading partner mapping specificationsnegotiate changes with the trading partner related to mapping specificationscreate trading partner relationships across all dependent systems (internal and external)configure and tests communication with trading partners including sFTP, SMTP, and AS/2technical certification of communications, proper standards usage, and FA processingmonitors Functional Acknowledgment reports and notifies trading partners of discrepanciesverify codes and data for all required fields related to trading partner implementations and works with trading partners to resolve discrepancies, where appropriateprovide day-to-day operational support by reviewing daily reports and addressing issues as requiredprovide on-call support 24 by 7 to address data issues such as EDI translation errors, communication errors and document duplicationProvides upward, downward, and lateral communication regarding the status of trading partner implementationsFunctions as a liaison between business and technical teams for trading partner implementationsFacilitates issue/conflict resolution related to trading partner implementationsMeets with bottlers, business stakeholders, and 3rd party providers regularly to ensure projects are advancingParticipate in customer discovery calls when business savvy technical resources are required by the projectResponsible for monitoring/auditing EDI and E-Business interfaces and trading partner implementationsProactively identifies problems and makes recommendations regarding solutionsEnsures smooth transition from EDI and E-Business testing certification to production stateWorks with trading partners to define modifications to existing EDI and E-Business relationshipsMakes recommendations to improve the EDI and E-Business trading partner implementation processesPrioritizes projects to ensure trading partner and stakeholder needs are metResponsible for the definition and design of partner specific mapping specifications as neededProvides extended assistance to the support team when business insights are needed, or during critical outagesUtilizes the Service Now Ticketing Tool to create and manage project tickets for the 3rd party providerUtilizes the LENS Reporting Tool to monitor transaction flow and system activityDrives the evolution of the auditing and tracking tools used for E-BusinessDocuments Trading Partner EDI and E-Business process flowsProvide stakeholders with the appropriate metrics and statistics related to efficiency and performanceTrain stakeholders on our tools, standards, and E-Business environmentKey Skills And AbilitiesThe B2B Architect is an IT Role Model in the following skill areas:Customer Focus, Contributing to team success, Adaptability, Takes initiative, Collaboration, Communication, Decision making, Developing Others, Team Participation, Analytical Thinking, and Learning continuously. Ability to use standards material for research and development Advanced understanding of enveloping and transaction body structures Advanced knowledge of trading partner base Advanced knowledge of overall EDI concepts Advanced experience and knowledge of AS/2, PGP, SMTP, VPN Advanced knowledge of and experience with Value Added Network communications Advanced knowledge of bottler integrations, such as with SAP (iDOCs) and eoStar (BSI) Experience managing medium to large sized projects of advanced complexity without assistance Education RequirementsMinimum: High School or GED relevant work experience related to information technologyPreferred: 4 Year / Bachelors DegreePreferred: PMP Certification or Six Sigma Greenbelt CertificationYears of Experience8+ years of experience: with the ANSI X12 EDI Standards with implementing several types of X12 transaction sets working with and coordinating various parties involved in an EDI relationship requirements gathering, analysis, design, testing and implementation of EDI processes managing and coordinating EDI implementations that include the Operational Company, the Trading Partner, and 3rd party providers or support teams using EDI translation software 5+ years of experience: in a support or help desk role with Bottler or business processes that leverage EDI working with Bottler or back-end systems that leverage EDI (knowledge of system data flows and capabilities) using project management tools, such as MS Project with XML Standards and/or API Design Concepts with technical systems, tools, databases, and programming languages Required TravelWillingness and ability to travel or come into the office as required by the business.
