AR Credit Operations Analyst

This role is responsible for overseeing the review and processing of back-end adjustments, investigating unidentified payments, and compiling data for management reporting while collaborating with auditors and ensuring compliance.ResponsibilitiesManage the review and processing of back-end adjustments to ensure accuracy and adherence to company policiesConduct thorough investigations into unidentified payments to ensure proper resolution and reconciliationCompile and analyze data for management reporting, providing actionable insights and recommendationsReview and approve forms via One Span, including Credit Memo (CM) and Debit Memo (DM) formsCollaborate with internal and external auditors, providing required documentation and addressing queries related to test samples and audit questionsManage and complete quarterly audit forms, including the validation of Proof of Delivery (POD) and OT 84 reportsParticipate in annual walkthroughs and audits to ensure compliance and accuracyAct as the final signer for Credit Memo (CM) and Debit Memo (DM) forms, ensuring proper approval and complianceIdentify and recommend improvements to credit operations processes to enhance efficiency and effectivenessSkillsHigh school diploma requiredExperience in handling complex tasksDetail-orientedAnalytical skillsAbility to manage review and processing of back-end adjustmentsConduct thorough investigations into unidentified paymentsCompile and analyze data for management reportingReview and approve forms via One SpanCollaborate with internal and external auditorsManage and complete quarterly audit formsParticipate in annual walkthroughs and auditsAct as the final signer for Credit Memo (CM) and Debit Memo (DM) formsIdentify and recommend improvements to credit operations processes4-year degree in FinanceExperience in AICompany OverviewHyve Solutions partners with you to collaboratively design and deploy energy-efficient rack-level server, storage and networking solutions.
