Our commitment to innovation, customer satisfaction, and community involvement has earned us a reputation as a trusted partner in the insurance industry. **Job Description** As a Customer Service Associate III, you'll be responsible for handling moderate to complex inquiries, addressing various types of policies and billing inquiries from internal or external customers in an efficient, professional, and accurate manner. Your primary goal will be to resolve service concerns while documenting customer requests and completing changes to policies. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure a seamless experience. **Key Responsibilities** * Inputs and tracks customer information into the appropriate databases * Remains current on new marketing campaigns to respond appropriately to marketing-related inquiries using all available resources * Handles customer documentation, including explaining policies and procedures to customers and providing follow-up support as needed * Demonstrates a working knowledge of insurance policies and related processes and procedures * Processes changes to customer policies based on the information provided and identifies opportunities for cross-sales (if applicable) * Employs probing questions and actively listens to customer issues or questions, showing interest and compassion and displaying empathy for the caller's situation * Ensures facilitation of first-call resolution and customer satisfaction on all transactions handled * Resolves routine, complex, and unique questions/issues **Education & Experience** * High School Diploma or GED (Preferred) * 0-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field (Preferred) **Supervisory Responsibilities** * This role does not have supervisory duties. **Education & Experience (in lieu)** * In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. **Compensation** * Base compensation offered for this role is $18.32-$23.47 hourly and is based on experience and qualifications. * Total compensation for this role is comprised of several factors, including the base compensation outlined above, plus incentive pay (i.e., commission, bonus, etc.) as applicable for the role. **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we believe that great things happen when our people work together.
