We’re outcomes-first, globally minded, and we care about clear expectations, strong communication, and reliable follow-through.About the Role You’ll support outbound outreach for stormwater maintenance and repair services across the eastern coast of the United States. Your primary focus is calling after cold email campaigns to confirm receipt, identify the right decision-maker, and book meetings for the sales team. You’ll be speaking with property management companies, homeowners associations, golf course communities, and superintendent-type contacts responsible for ponds, lakes, lagoons, and stormwater systems. Training will be provided, and you’ll work primarily inside Smartlead.ai (with lightweight CRM functionality).Responsibilities:Follow up on cold email campaigns with confident outbound calling to convert outreach into booked meetings Confirm email receipt and quickly uncover the correct decision-maker for stormwater maintenance/repair needs Qualify basic fit (who owns the decision, current vendor status, timing, interest) and route the opportunity to sales Schedule meetings accurately and ensure the sales team has clean notes and correct contact details Build early-stage relationships that help the business become an approved vendor with target organizations Use Smartlead.ai daily to manage outreach tasks, update records, and keep activity organized Support light SDR tasks as needed (LinkedIn direct messaging, contact enrichment, list cleanup) Provide occasional admin/ops support that keeps the outreach engine running smoothly
Must-Have: Strong English communication Excellent verbal communication and professional phone presence with U.S.-based B2B contacts Hands-on experience with outbound calls, cold calling, or appointment setting Ability to consistently complete approximately 100–110 calls per day while staying accurate and professional Comfortable speaking with decision-makers in property management and community operations Strong accountability and follow-through Nice to Have: B2B sales development or lead generation experience SDR support experience (lead enrichment, contact research, LinkedIn outreach) Familiarity with commercial property management, construction, stormwater, or related services Experience working inside tools like Smartlead.ai or lightweight CRMs Comfort picking up additional operational tasks as the role evolves
