Starting Pay: $16/hour
Primary Responsibilities:
 Engage with customers, technicians, and internal reps through chat and email in a professional and courteous manner.
 Provide prompt responses to all inquiries.
 Offer appropriate solutions via chat/email.
 Document all interactions.
 Stay up to date on all scheduling policies.
Required Skills, Experience & Education:
 Ability to multi-task and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
 Strong interpersonal skills.
 Excellent written communication skills.
 Ability to adapt to changing processes.
 Ability to work well in a team.
 A growth-mindset and drive to improve.
Available shifts:
 Monday  Saturday, closed Sunday, Mondays required
 Rotating weekends
 10:00 am-6:30pm MT
 10:30am-7:00pm MT
 11am-7:30pm MT
 11:30am-8:00pm MT
 12pm-8:30pm MT
