- Manage calendars, schedule meetings/appointments.
- Coordinate travel arrangements.
. Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, or chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
. Technical Support
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues with office equipment/Software.
. Administrative Tasks
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and orders.
- Maintain electronic and physical files.
Requirements:
. Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
. Experience: 1+ year of office experience.
. Skills:
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
. Technical Requirements:
- Reliable internet connection.
- Computer with up-to-date software.
- Noise-free workspace.
Preferred Qualifications:
. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
. Previous remote work experience.
. Familiarity with CRM software and productivity tools.
