Overview Application Developer to design, enhance, and maintain critical applications that support core business operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and experience mentoring other developers, while contributing to both application development and ongoing system support. Design, develop, test, and deploy new applications and enhancements to existing systems. Maintain, upgrade, and optimize agency applications and programs. Perform code reviews, debugging, and quality assurance testing. Analyze, evaluate, and recommend improvements to current applications. Provide technical support to end-users for mission-critical applications and databases. Conduct functional and system analysis, documenting requirements and processes. Manage application permissions and ensure secure access to systems. Develop data reports, dashboards, and interfaces to support business operations. Support system upgrades, troubleshoot application-related issues, and assist with software integrations.
