CPA – Tax Return Preparer/Review & tax Planning (Remote, Full-Time)

About Us We are a growing tax resolution and advisory firm seeking an experienced CPA to join our team on a full-time basis. Our firm works with individuals and businesses to resolve tax issues and implement effective tax strategies. Role Overview We are looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented CPA with the ability to prepare complex business and individual tax returns, and be able to review completed tax returns and provide tax planning insights for our clients. Responsibilities • Prepare business (1120,1120S,1065) and individual (1040) tax returns • Review individual and business tax returns for accuracy and compliance • Identify errors, risks, and opportunities for optimization • Provide tax planning recommendations based on client situations • Collaborate with our internal team on case strategy • Offer guidance on complex tax scenarios when needed Workload & Structure • Looking for someone that can complete 20-25 tax returns per week • Review returns with clients via phone to ensure for accuracy • Tax planning engagements will be assigned on a case-by-case basis Qualifications • Active CPA license (required) • Strong experience with preparing high volume of individual and business tax returns • Background in tax planning and strategy preferred • Familiarity with IRS resolution cases is a plus • High attention to detail and strong communication skills Compensation Details • $40–$45 per hour, depending on experience • W-2 Employment Why Join Us • Flexible, remote work environment • Opportunity for ongoing work and expanded responsibilities • Work with a growing firm and a steady flow of cases If you’re an experienced CPA looking for an opportunity to grow into a larger role, we’d love to hear from you.
