Key Responsibilities • Enhance customer experience by building rapport, demonstrating empathy, and providing tailored solutions. • Efficiently process sales transactions for both online and in-person orders, and assist customers with returns and exchanges. • Meet and exceed individual and team goals while enhancing the overall shopping experience. • Utilize extensive product knowledge and continuous learning to provide an outstanding customer experience. • Stay informed about promotional initiatives and contribute to profitable growth during critical business periods. • Engage with customers through various channels, including in-store consultations, phone, and online chat. • Identify future opportunities by understanding customers’ deeper needs and fostering lasting relationships. • Commit to ongoing learning and skill development to support our customer-centric culture. • Maintain the readiness and presentation of assigned merchandise to serve customers effectively. • Provide feedback on products and customer interactions with vendor partners and market teams. • Serve as a knowledgeable resource and product champion for the specified vendor offerings. • Train and mentor coworkers on new vendor technologies and services. • Utilize vendor-provided devices to enhance product knowledge and comprehension. Basic Qualifications • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment. Preferred Qualifications • Experience as a specialist in premium or complex technology solutions is a plus. • One year of experience in the consumer electronics field.
