Responsibilities

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a tech-related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in using computers and navigating various software applications.
A quiet, dedicated workspace with reliable internet connectivity.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Educational Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
College degree in a related field preferred but not mandatory.
Experience
At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably with a technology company.
