Vos responsabilités
Participer à la planification, l’exécution et la vérification des travaux relatifs à l’administration des régimes de retraite
Calculer et vérifier diverses prestations conformément aux règlements et aux lois en vigueur
Analyser et interpréter les règles des régimes de retraite et les lois applicables
Contribuer à la production et la vérification des relevés annuels
Soutenir l’équipe dans la réalisation des différents mandats et projets spéciaux
Accroître la satisfaction des clients en écoutant leurs besoins et en répondant à leurs diverses demandes ainsi qu’à celles des participants et des fiduciaires
Proposer des améliorations à nos différents processus

Qualifications recherchées
Un minimum de 2 ans d’expérience pertinente
Baccalauréat en mathématiques, finance, administration, économie, actuariat ou tout autre formation jugée adéquate
Esprit d’équipe hors du commun
Pensée analytique bien aiguisée et avoir le souci du détail
Sens de l’organisation et de débrouillardise
Aptitudes de communication et de collaboration
Bonnes habiletés en matière de service à la clientèle
Bonne maîtrise du français à l’oral et à l’écrit, être bilingue serait un atout
Bonne connaissance de Microsoft Excel
