Analyst/Associate - Centralized Business Services

Neuberger Berman is a wealth management firm, and they are seeking a Private Client Service Associate to provide onboarding and client service support. The role involves coordinating with wealth management teams, establishing new accounts, processing account maintenance requests, and addressing client inquiries to ensure a rewarding client experience.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with Neuberger Berman’s Private Wealth management teams to provide administrative and support services to new and existing clientsEstablish new accounts for natural person and entity clients. Duties include: document preparation, KYC data gathering and review, performing quality control check before submission for approval, documentation, account funding and information follow upProcess account maintenance requests including: KYC updates (name changes, personal data updates, address changes, investment objective updates, etc.), control and interested party updates, and account updates such as margin, check writing, options, etcAddress internal/external client service inquiries/requests.
