Analyst, Revenue Operations

In this role, the Analyst, Revenue Operations will transform complex data into actionable intelligence to empower various teams and drive revenue growth.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze core revenue, demand, and supply metrics to uncover advertiser spending trends, sales performance insights, and revenue opportunitiesBuild, maintain, and distribute regular reporting that delivers a holistic view of inventory, monetization, and advertising performance across the portfolioEvaluate ad product and monetization performance, identifying optimization opportunities that balance user experience and revenue growthPartner closely with Sales, Finance, Product, and leadership teams to deliver insights that inform strategy, prioritization, and decision-makingContribute to weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews and executive-level presentationsCollaborate with business stakeholders and engineering teams to QA data, identify gaps, and improve data pipelines and reporting workflowsMaintain a deep understanding of key data sources including Salesforce (CRM), AdPoint (OMS), ad server data (GAM), and other relevant platformsProactively lead analytics-driven projects and processes that enhance transparency across the advertising 'pitch to pay' lifecycleSkillsExperience analyzing digital advertising, yield, or revenue data in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insightsProficiency in Excel and SQL, with experience building reports and dashboardsFamiliarity with digital media analytics and automated buying channelsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain insights to audiences with varying levels of technical expertiseAbility to move quickly, adapt to change, and prioritize effectivelyPreferred experience working with Salesforce, ad servers, and order management systemsPreferred background partnering with Sales and Finance teams on performance reporting and analysisPreferred advanced degree or equivalent practical experience in business, economics, mathematics, or a related fieldBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insurance from Day 1401(k) plan with a generous company matchCompany OverviewHearst Magazines is a Media Production house.
