Be your own boss!As a member of illumifin’s national network of Registered Nurses, you will visit local clients at their place of residence. Using your nursing skills these assessments will help to paint a picture of the client’s needs. As an independent contractor, the amount of clients you visit and your schedule is up to you.Responsibilities
Utilizing illumifin’s proprietary questionnaires obtain thorough cognitive and health assessment information as requested
Comply with all assessment instructions and accurately complete assessment paperwork
Communicate promptly with illumifin regarding file status and appointment times
Return completed assessment within 24 hours after the appointment
Respond promptly to any follow-up and clarification questions regarding each submitted assessment
With easy E-Assessments you can complete assessments electronically using your cell phone, tablet, iPad, or Laptop
Qualifications
Unencumbered licensure as a Registered Nurse in your state of practice
Minimum of two years' experience working with an adult population
Assessment skills are a plus
Reliable transportation
Calibrated manual upper arm blood pressure cuff
Calibrated portable scale (to obtain client's weight)
Measuring tape (to obtain client's height)
Compatible cell phone, iPad, Tablet or Laptop
Printer with a scanner or Printer with Fax
