As an Analyst, you will support proxy solicitation in various scenarios, gaining hands-on exposure to voting analysis, shareholder engagement, and governance advisory work. Responsibilities Maintaining and analyzing shareholder and market data Conducting research and managing databases to support client engagements Coordinating with brokers and banks on behalf of clients Communicating with institutional and retail shareholders regarding proxy matters Soliciting and tracking shareholder votes Designing and preparing client reports, updates, and meeting materials Responding to inbound shareholder inquiries related to proxy solicitations Skills Bachelor's degree required; a focus on Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a team Demonstrated customer service mindset and professionalism Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Benefits Opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus Company Overview Sodali & Co advises corporate clients worldwide as they navigate the complex dynamic of shareholder and stakeholder interests.
