*Brooklyn Social Video Producer Responsibilities:*
* Conceptualize, produce, film, and edit original short and long-form videos for paid and organic social channels.
* Collaborate with social platform leads to edit and refine raw footage from a variety of sources, including sellers, influencers, and user-generated content.
* Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, incorporating feedback from various creative and partner teams.
* Stay informed of platform-specific trends and cultural moments to ensure content remains relevant and authentic across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and more.
* Uphold and enhance the brand's uplifting and inspiring voice, aligning with Etsys mission of keeping commerce human.
*Brooklyn Social Video Producer Qualifications:*
* 3-4+ years of experience producing and editing social video content for a large brand or publisher.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and social platform editing tools for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
* Demonstrated on-camera and voiceover experience with examples of work available.
* Strong creative thinking and an interest in innovative storytelling through emerging video formats.
* Knowledge of social media landscape, video trends in home & living, style, and gifting niches.
