The Analyst role will support the IKC Operations Team in the creation, extract, and management of large datasets, and demonstrate a proven ability to analyze and translate the data into meaningful business insights to support multiple teammates across the Village.

The Analyst will be a key contributor to DaVita’s efforts to provide integrated care to patients, supporting innovation in the model of care, with a focus on innovations in clinical surveillance for patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD). This role will leverage analytical and process improvement methodologies to lead, investigate, and solve complex operational and business problems. The Senior Analyst role provides opportunity for career advancement, given its extensive interaction with cross-functional teams in Integrated Kidney Care and DaVita more broadly, including visibility with many leaders at the Director and VP level. This role is fully remote.

REMOTE Role

Analytics:
Propose strategies to optimize existing or new clinical and operational processes, and support implementation of new strategies
Engage in market-backed development of strategic plans, operational programs, and communication campaigns, with stakeholder input and root cause analyses
Perform ad hoc data analysis and reporting to support decision-making and performance improvement
High Impact Communication:
Convey qualitative and quantitative findings in a cohesive story, including identifying themes, summarizing insights and making recommendations to drive decision-making
Build appropriate presentations and communications
Proactively engage relevant stakeholders and subject matter experts to get input and support whenever needed
Project Management & Leadership:
Collaborate with and, in some cases, lead cross-functional teams to execute a strategic analysis, implementation, work plan, or other strategic initiatives
Identify, communicate, and execute on new opportunities and key questions related to our business or team-related functions
Find areas of opportunity by using subject matter expertise and building relationships with relevant stakeholders
Build strong relationships and closely collaborate with teammates across lanes (leadership, clinicians, central and local teams) to drive clinical and operational results
Performs other duties as assigned or required
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
2+ years of related experience demonstrating strong analytical skills, process improvement, and project management preferred
2+ years of experience preferred; IT, healthcare, project management, consulting, corporate finance, or corporate strategy a plus
Intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required
Experience with MS Access preferred
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Innovative, flexible critical thinker with strong problem solving skills
Strong project management skills, including comfort with ambiguity and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to enhance relationships through strong and effective communication, problem solving, emotional intelligence, and thoughtful decision making
Experience with data management tools

The Salary Range for the role is $50,000.00 - $76,000.00 per year.
