The California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) is one of the most influential regulatory agencies in the United States. They are seeking an energetic, professional, and customer service-oriented individual to join their Human Resources Division as an Analyst I, responsible for interpreting laws and regulations, reviewing personnel actions, and working on special projects.ResponsibilitiesInterpreting and applying applicable laws, rules, and regulationsReviewing Requests for Personnel ActionsOut-of-class assignmentsTraining and development assignmentsProposed reorganizationsFormulating or revising classification specifications and allocation guidelinesWorking on special projects such as automation of the Request for Personnel Action processSkillsPrepare and submit a response for each question below.
