What You Bring: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to remain calm, patient, and positive under pressure. • A high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. • Previous customer service experience, preferably in travel, hospitality, or call centers. • Proficiency with basic computer applications and the ability to learn new systems quickly. • A quiet, distraction-free workspace with reliable high-speed internet.
