Responsibilities include: • Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries through phone, chat, or email. • Assist customers with orders, refunds, returns, account settings, and product information. • Resolve escalated issues with professionalism and empathy. • Use internal systems and tools to investigate and resolve issues in real time. • Follow established guidelines and ensure compliance with service standards. • Document all customer interactions clearly and thoroughly. • Collaborate with managers and team leads to share feedback, track trends, and improve service quality. Required Skills and Experience: • High school diploma or equivalent education. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate multiple systems. • Typing proficiency of at least 35 words per minute. • Excellent organizational and problem-solving capabilities. • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. • A quiet and distraction-free work environment for remote roles.
