[Remote] Associate Product Manager (Data & Insights)

The Associate Product Manager will analyze product usage data, collaborate with various teams to synthesize insights, and contribute to product discussions, focusing on data-driven decision making and understanding user behavior.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze product usage data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of opportunityMaintain and improve recurring reports on product usage, customer behavior, and key performance metricsWork with existing SQL queries and dashboards; modify and build new queries over timePartner with Product and Customer Support teams to synthesize insights from NPS scores, support tickets, and user feedbackDevelop a holistic view of how customers use Lex Machina, and help communicate that perspective to internal teamsIdentify gaps in data tracking and recommend improvements to instrumentation and reportingSupport Product Managers by owning and systematizing ongoing reporting and analysis workflowsCollaborate with Engineering and Data teams to ensure accuracy and accessibility of product dataContribute to product discussions by grounding decisions in data and observed user behavior, rather than focusing on feature scoping or delivery managementLearn the Lex Machina product in depth and understand how different users derive value from itSkillsBA/BS required0–2 years of experience in a professional, analytical, or product-related roleStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detailAbility to work independently and take ownership of projects with limited oversightExperience working with data in tools such as Excel or Google SheetsBasic familiarity with SQL, or willingness to learn quickly on the jobStrong communication skills, with the ability to clearly present findings and insightsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deliver consistent, reliable outputInterest in SaaS products, analytics, and data-driven decision makingExperience with SQL and/or Python for data analysisFamiliarity with product analytics, reporting, or dashboarding toolsExperience working in a SaaS or technology environmentExposure to customer support data, NPS, or user feedback analysisFamiliarity with legal technology or the legal industryExperience working with large or complex datasetsBenefitsAnnual incentive bonusWellbeing initiativesShared parental leaveStudy assistanceSabbaticalsCompany OverviewLexisNexis Risk Solutions provides information to assist customers in industry and government in assessing, predicting, and managing risk.
