1. Strong written communication skills
2. Ability to type 40+ words per minute
3. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required

7. High-speed internet connection
Responsibilities
1. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries through live chat
2. Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customers complaint and determining the best solution
3. Document all customer interactions in the appropriate systems
4. Escalate issues to appropriate teams when necessary
5. Remain up-to-date with Amazons products, services, and promotions
6. Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve service skills
7. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
