Responsibilities:
Amazon Account Management:
Ā Develop and maintain strong relationships with Amazon Vendor or Seller Support teams to enhance our overall account performance.
Ā Track and analyze sales metrics, such as conversion rates, traffic, and sales trends. Identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to increase revenue.
Ā Regularly review and optimize product listings on Amazon, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and compliance with Amazon's policies and guidelines.
Ā Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Ā Handle customer service and customer queries.
Ā Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, conversion rates, and customer feedback, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Ā Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to make data-driven decisions and stay ahead of the competition.
Ā Ensure compliance with Amazon's terms of service and proactively address any issues that may arise.
Qualifications:
Ā Proven experience in Amazon Account Management.
Ā In-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Amazon listings, inventory management, etc.
Ā Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Amazon Seller Central.
Ā Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ā Detail-oriented and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Ā Familiarity with industry trends, Amazon policies, and the broader e-commerce landscape.
