**A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PART-TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / HVAC DISPATCHER**

As a part-time Customer Service Representative / HVAC Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in providing superb customer service to our clients and helping keep our office running smoothly. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Answering phones and responding to client inquiries
* Scheduling and confirming appointments
* Making follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction
* Assisting with various office tasks, such as data entry and filing
* Collaborating with our team to resolve client issues and improve our services

You will be the face of careerzynith, and your positive, friendly disposition will shine through in all your interactions with clients. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail will ensure that client needs are met, and you will be rewarded for a job well done.

**Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Past customer service experience
* Strong phone skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Familiarity with the home services or HVAC industry (a plus, but not required)
* Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Dependability and reliability, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience with Acowin or other digital dispatch systems
* Familiarity with the Metro Atlanta area and local HVAC industry
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
