Alternative Investment Due Diligence Professional
Snyder Kearney, LLC is the leading provider of independent due diligence services to broker-dealers and registered investment advisors in the alternative investment industry. We are seeking a licensed attorney or financial professional to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary team. This role offers the opportunity to apply your legal and financial acumen to the review and analysis of a broad range of investment products, including:
⢠Interval funds
⢠Non-traded REITs
⢠Non-traded BDCs
⢠Private equity funds
⢠Delaware statutory trusts (DSTs)
⢠Other alternative investments, both public and private
Key Responsibilities
⢠Conduct legal and/or financial due diligence on alternative investment products
⢠Review offering documents, corporate governance materials, financial statements, and related disclosures
⢠Identify and assess regulatory, structural, and operational risks for broker-dealer and RIA clients
⢠Collaborate with colleagues with legal, accounting, and financial backgrounds to produce thorough written analyses
Qualifications
⢠Juris Doctor (JD) or undergraduate/graduate degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related discipline (preferred)
⢠Experience in securities, regulatory law, alternative investments, or financial services is strongly preferred
⢠Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills
⢠Motivated recent graduates with strong academic credentials and demonstrated interest in financial services will also be considered
