Our strategic services include air quality, chemical management and reporting, digital solutions, sustainability, ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance), investigation and remediation, occupational health and safety, waste management, water quality, and the digitalization of global sustainability management. As a Technical Consultant at ALL4, you will provide technical support and technological consulting for our Sustainability ERP implementation projects. Your daily responsibilities will involve data analysis, troubleshooting, and implementing technical solutions, as well as collaborating with the sales team to enhance our service offerings. This is a full-time, 100% remote position (work-from-home in Argentina). Requirements Your Day-to-Day: Participating in the implementation of client-requested solutions and performing necessary configurations. Attending requirement-gathering meetings to understand configuration needs. Supporting and executing advanced-level solution customization and configuration across various platforms. Developing integrations, managing migrations, and handling database design and management. Participating in the preparation of validation tests. Delivering specialized training sessions. Managing Data Analytics. Contributing to the company’s technological innovation projects. Technical Requirements: Expertise in: C#, Java, or similar. Our solutions use proprietary scripting language. Proficiency in VB, Java, or C# is essential, as our proprietary language uses a very similar syntax. SQL Databases. Data Management: ETL processes (Extract, Transform, Load). Server Configuration. Education & Qualifications: Degree: Computer Science Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Previous experience in technology consulting for 3 years; experience in ERP implementations is highly valued. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Web Services for data communication and LDAP for Active Directory connections. Knowledge and experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI or QlikSense. Experience & Skills: 3 to 4 years of experience in consulting and participating in enterprise software implementation projects. Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced, team-oriented environments. Commitment to ensuring high-quality project results and successful deployments. Reliable and responsible professional demeanor. Excellent written and oral communication skills, particularly in client-facing scenarios. Ability to work effectively with remote/distributed teams. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and highly organized with strong problem-solving skills. Languages: Proficiency in Spanish and advanced English (B2/C1 level) is mandatory.
