Algorithmic Trader

The role We are looking for entrepreneurial, competitive, and analytical talent to join our Trading department. You do not need to have a financial background; we will teach you all you need to know. You will solve problems, create new tools, and/or design new strategies. If you have 1-3 years of experience coding, excellent mental arithmetic and analytical skills, and a genuine interest in learning algorithmic and quantitative trading you might be a good candidate for this role. Having trading knowledge or experience isn’t required for the role, but a genuine interest in learning algorithmic, high-frequency, and quantitative trading is helpful. Responsibilities • Trade a wide range of financial instruments. • Develop, maintain and improve trading strategies and algorithms. Run trading desks. • Manage the execution and risk of complex trading portfolios. • Run projects with developers from the IT department. Requirements • Education: Graduated in 2022–2024, preferably in a STEM field. • Skills: Strong mental arithmetic and analytical abilities (tested). • Coding: 1–3 years of experience in any programming language, including at least 1 year of professional/commercial work (tested). • Knowledge: Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns. • Language: Fluent in English. • Flexibility: Open to relocation to Dubai.
