**Responsibilities**
As an Airport Agent - Ramp and Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive start to a passenger's trip
* Utilizing our reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes
* Loading, unloading, and sorting freight, mail, and baggage in a safe and efficient manner
* Achieving on-time departures and arrivals, while maintaining a safe and secure environment
* Operating company vehicles to transport bags to their destination
* Working in a fast-paced environment, with varying shifts, including irregular and/or extended hours, weekends, and holidays
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* To be at least 18 years old
* To possess a valid, unexpired, and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant, state driver's license
* To have a high school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
* To be able to carry, bend, lift, and turn with bags weighing up to 75 pounds
* To pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
* To be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
