We are conducting a research study on short-term rental booking trends and are looking for Airbnb Hosts or Co-Hosts to participate. Data Required (Strictly Non-Sensitive): For research purposes, we require reservation history data only. No personal information is needed, such as guest names, contact details, or messages. ❖ What We Need: ✺ Reservation dates and stay periods only ✺ Focus period: November & December 2025 ✺ Data from Any Airbnb account ✺ Minimum 30 total reservations across any number of listings would prefer ❖ Eligibility Criteria: ✺ Active Airbnb Host or Co-Host ✺ Manages one or multiple listings under a single Airbnb account ✺ Has 30+ completed reservations (combined total) ✺ Able to share booking date ranges only (check-in & check-out) ❖ Privacy & Security: ✺ No guest identities, contact details, or financial information will be collected ✺ All data will be used solely for research purposes ❖ How to Apply: Please apply with the following info only ✓ Host or Co-Host status ✓ Total number of reservations (Nov & Dec 2025) ✓ Number of active listings ✓ Country/region ❖ Payments: ✓ Payment will be calculated based on the number of reservations provided.
