Join Our Dream Team: AirBnB and Residential Cleaning Service Providers We are seeking a dedicated and reliable cleaner to join our team for clients' homes and short-term rental properties. MUST HAVE RELIABLE VEHICLE AND PHONE Position Details: • Schedule: A cleaning shift is generally 1.5-6 hours per house. Cleanings are done 7 days a week, 10 a.m.- 4 p.m., with most shifts from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. We prioritize candidates who can take at least three shifts a week, especially Sundays and Mondays. • Additional Hours: Opportunity for extra hours through deep cleaning projects around Monroe County. • Pay: $16-$18/hr to start, Weekly pay, with paid training available. We Value our team and believe in regular reviews WITH RAISES Key Responsibilities: • General Cleaning: Follow the instructions to perform various tasks to turn over vacation rental properties after guests and maintain the property's cleanliness, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, washing linens, and making beds. We also have shifts for regular residential clients, cleaning their homes. • Restroom and Kitchen Maintenance: Clean and sanitize restrooms and kitchens and replenish supplies (toilet paper, coffee, paper towels, etc.) where applicable. • Heavy Lifting: Empty trash bins and carry mop buckets during cleaning. • Attention to Detail: Inspect your work at the end of your shift to ensure the property is spotless. • Documentation: Take before and after photos of your work to track progress and maintain high standards. • Communication: Report any maintenance or repair needs to the cleaning manager. Requirements: • Reliability is Key: You MUST have a reliable vehicle, a working phone, and a valid driver’s license. Punctuality, attendance, and responsiveness are crucial. • Experience: Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. • Independence & Focus: Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. • Time Management: Efficiently complete tasks within the allocated shift time.
