[Remote] Account Executive - Franchise

Activated Insights is a Software-as-a-Service leader in long-term and post-acute care, seeking a Franchise Account Executive to support growth and operational efficiency. In this role, you will build trusted relationships with franchise organizations, guide clients through data-driven insights, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance client experience and satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for franchise clients, building strong, trusted relationshipsGuide clients through survey results, insights, and recommendations to support data-driven decision-makingPartner with franchise leaders to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement across locationsLead client conversations that translate feedback into clear, actionable next stepsCollaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Implementation, and Product) to ensure a seamless client experienceSupport client retention and growth by proactively identifying needs and offering strategic solutionsMaintain accurate documentation and account updates within internal systemsMentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team cultureShare best practices and insights across the account management teamCollaborate cross-functionally to align client goals with company initiatives and solutionsContribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and client satisfactionSkillsExperience in account management, client success, sales, or a related customer-facing roleStrong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to lead thoughtful, consultative conversationsComfort working with data, insights, or reports and translating them into clear recommendationsAbility to manage multiple client relationships while staying organized and detail-orientedCollaborative mindset with a passion for helping clients succeedFranchise, SaaS, or people analytics experience is a plus, but not requiredPreferred onsite - Idaho Falls, ID or Tampa, FLCompany OverviewActivated Insights helps long-term and post-acute care providers strengthen workforce performance, regulatory compliance, and care quality.
