Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative AI/ML Research Scientist/Engineer to join our cutting-edge team dedicated to advancing artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies. Responsibilities
• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of machine learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other popular tools.
• Conduct research in areas including computer vision, natural language processing, unsupervised learning, and quantum engineering to develop innovative AI solutions.
• Develop scalable algorithms for data mining, signal processing, and model training on cloud platforms like AWS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research findings into deployable software applications across diverse domains such as robotics and data analysis.
• Perform extensive data analysis using SQL, MATLAB, R, Python, C++, C#, Java, and other programming languages to extract insights and improve model accuracy.
• Design experiments to evaluate model performance, troubleshoot issues, and refine algorithms for robustness and efficiency.
• Document research progress, publish findings in technical reports or conferences, and stay abreast of emerging trends in AI/ML research & development.

Qualifications
• Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a focus on AI or machine learning.
• Proven experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar platforms.
• Strong programming skills in Python, C++, Java, C#, MATLAB, R or C; familiarity with Linux environments is essential.
• Hands-on experience with computer vision techniques and natural language processing models.
• Knowledge of unsupervised learning methods and their application in real-world scenarios.
• Familiarity with cloud computing services like AWS for model deployment and training at scale.
• Background in algorithm design, data mining techniques, signal processing, robotics or quantum engineering is highly desirable.

Pay: $600,000.00 - $650,000.00 per year
