Overview We are seeking an experienced AI Solutions Architect to join our presales team in the US, specializing in Solace Agent Mesh technology. This role will drive business growth by demonstrating how our event-driven architecture combined with AI capabilities can solve complex enterprise challenges. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical innovation and business value, helping customers understand and implement Solace Agent Mesh solutions. This position will play a crucial role in Solace's growth strategy, helping customers leverage the power of AI through our Agent Mesh technology to create intelligent, event-driven solutions. In This Role, you will be responsible for.... • Technical Evangelism: Become the technical authority on Solace Agent Mesh, articulating its value proposition to technical and business stakeholders • Solution Design: Create reference architectures and proof-of-concepts demonstrating Solace Agent Mesh capabilities in AI-driven use cases • Customer Engagement: Lead technical discovery sessions, workshops, and demonstrations to identify customer needs and position Solace solutions • Competitive Analysis: Maintain deep knowledge of competitive AI orchestration platforms and articulate Solace's differentiators • Content Creation: Develop technical content including demos, whitepapers, and presentations showcasing Solace Agent Mesh capabilities • Sales Support: Partner with account executives to develop technical strategies that drive sales cycles forward • Industry Expertise: Apply domain knowledge to create industry-specific AI solutions using Solace technology What You'll Bring to the Role • 5+ years of experience in presales, solutions architecture, or technical consulting roles • Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, LLMs, and agent-based architectures • Experience with event-driven architecture and messaging technologies • Excellent presentation and communication skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts to business value • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) • Must be based out of the US, legally able to work in the US Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Solace PubSub+ Event Broker or similar messaging technologies • Knowledge of AI orchestration platforms and frameworks • Hands-on experience building AI applications or integrating LLMs into enterprise solutions • Understanding of event mesh concepts and implementation patterns • Experience in one or more key industries: Financial Services, Manufacturing, Retail, or Transportation • Cloud platform expertise (AWS, Azure, GCP) Why You'll Love Working at Solace At Solace, we're all about smart people, meaningful work, and good vibes. • Work with brilliance - Our team is packed with some of the sharpest minds in the industry. • Balance matters - We believe work should fit into your life, not the other way around. • Hybrid-first - Flexibility is built into how we work, so everyone feels included and empowered. • Values-driven - We live and breathe our core values: craftsmanship, trust, courage, freedom, momentum, humility, and human experience. • Growth mindset - Our training programs are designed to help you level up, fast. • Customer love - We're proud of our world-class customer lineup (and we're not shy about it). • Keep it fun - We're social, we keep things simple, and we know how to have a good time. • Creative culture - We've got a great sense of humour and we make cool videos on topics like MITT and this (check them out!).
