[Remote] Sr. Manager, Document Management & Training, Patient Services Operations

Alnylam Pharmaceuticals is a leader in RNAi therapeutics, and they are seeking a Senior Manager for Document Management in Patient Services. This role will establish and improve a centralized document management function, ensuring compliance and accessibility of all patient services documentation while integrating these processes with the organization's CRM platform.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement an enterprise-wide document management strategy for Patient ServicesOversee end-to-end document processes including:Creation and review workflows and job-aids, alongside trainingVersion control and change managementAnnual or periodic review cyclesImplement standardized naming conventions, metadata tagging, document linkages, and structured repositoriesEvaluate and manage document management systems (e.g., Veeva, SharePoint)Partner with CRM system owners to integrate document management practices into CRM workflows and repositoriesDrive adoption of standardized documentation management practices across teamsAdvisor on documentation initiatives and serves as the Business Process Owner for Document ManagementIdentify and implement process improvements related to document management and trainingDesign scalable training materials, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), call guides, CRM guides to support tactical implementation and updatesAssist in the development, maintenance, and deployment of Patient Services training content to ensure materials align with controlled documents, operational workflows, and compliance requirementsPartner with IT and CRM product teams to embed document controls and references within the CRM workflowsWork cross-functionally with commercial training operations, compliance, IT, and HUB teams to ensure consistent process execution across multiple therapeutic areasMaintain synchronization between document updates and CRM process changes to ensure consistency and complianceSkills6-8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare environmentsBachelor's degree from an accredited universityExperience in Patient Services, Operations, Training, and Quality/ComplianceExperience with regulated document systems (e.g., Veeva Vault, Track Wise, SharePoint governance)Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced PowerPoint skills, Word, and ExcelStrong knowledge of documentation standards and regulations related to documentationProven experience building or managing document management systems/processesDemonstrated experience integrating CRM systems with SharePoint to enable document sharing and workflow alignmentProven ability to train and support patient services team members across multiple functionsBenefitsAnnual short-term incentive award (e.g., bonus or sales incentive)Annual long-term incentive award (e.g., equity)Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverageLife and disability insuranceA lifestyle reimbursement programFlexible spending and health savings accountsA 401(k)with a generous company matchPaid time offWellness daysHolidaysTwo company-wide recharge breaksGenerous family resources and leaveCompany OverviewAlnylam Pharmaceuticals is a biopharmaceutical company focused on the discovery, development and commercialization.
