Candidates must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States (or (applicable country) on a full-time basis without the need for current or future immigration sponsorship AI Solutions Architect (Exempt) Enterprise AI/ML Organization OVERVIEW The AI Solutions Architect is a hands-on professional experienced in building scalable GenerativeAI and Machine Learning solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in GenerativeAI and ML engineering and feels comfortable working closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and match them with scalable AI-driven solutions that drive real business value. This role requires a unique blend of expert level technical expertise and sales acumen to identify practical AI applications, provide technical guidance, architectural oversight and ensure the right team is engaged for successful implementation and deployment of AI products. RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead end-to-end tech stack assessment and architecture design for Generative AI and Machine Learning solutions. Develop detailed solution architectures for AI projects. • Serves as subject matter expert on AI technologies, hands-on development of GenerativeAI solutions. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their business needs and demonstrate the art of the possible with AI • solutions. • Evaluate and select appropriate GenerativeAI components and strategies based on strategic and tactical objectives. • Ensure that AI solutions are designed to deliver significant business value and meet client expectations. • Collaborate closely and build deep relationships with senior technical individuals from within our company or technology • partners, to enable the successful implementation of • Build and optimize data and AI architectures to operate at scale. • Help foster an AI-driven culture within the organization via information sharing, engineering excellence, and operational • efficiency. • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in GenerativeAI engineering and technologies. What Are We Looking For in This Role? Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Typically Minimum 8 Years Relevant Exp • Four-year college degree and 6 or more years, and/or a high school diploma with 8 or more years professional experience with full life cycle design and development • Lucid (for architectural diagrams and collaboration) or Diagraming suite of some sort • Building the architectural design using Lucid Preferred Qualifications • Master's Degree • Computer Science or Information Systems What Are Our Desired Skills and Capabilities? • Expert level understanding of Large Language Models, Computer Vision, Recommender systems, Machine Learning and advanced RAG systems • 5+ years of experience demonstrating an established track record in Generative AI and Machine Learning • Proficiency in designing and implementing scalable systems. • Proven track record in architecting and deploying intelligent systems in production, from strategy to execution. • Strong proficiency in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow • Experience in agentic AI implementations, using frameworks like AutoGen, CrewAI and Langchain, along with SLMs, LLMs and LGMs • Cloud platform experience: AWS, GCP • Understanding of containerization technologies: K8, Docker • Passionate about solving complex problems and excellent analytical skills • Strong familiarity with embeddings, retrieval algorithms, strategies for model training and finetuning, neural networks, deep learning, agentic frameworks and data modeling for vector databases. • Ability to translate technical AI concepts into clear, business-focused insights Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: Full Time Disclaimer: The above statement is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
