Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our consumers, caregivers, and stakeholders. As a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality service, responding to inquiries, and resolving support tickets in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound and outbound call inquiries, providing accurate and timely information to consumers, caregivers, and stakeholders. Initiate outbound calls to follow up on previous contacts, resolve issues, and provide support. Respond to inquiries in a professional, friendly, and timely manner, demonstrating a public-service oriented approach and understanding of the needs of persons with disabilities. Perform support ticket transaction resolution tasks and administrative functions, ensuring accurate and efficient processing. Create and maintain excellent documentation of all calls, questions, complaints, and mailed inquiries. Maintain adequate records and documentation for audit and internal control purposes. Route mail, email, and other administrative support duties as assigned. Develop an excellent working knowledge of operating platforms required to fulfill job responsibilities. Learn program rules and regulations of assigned projects to ensure ability to respond to customer service inquiries. Essential Qualifications Education A high school degree or equivalent is required. Experience 6 months of call center experience or 1 year of customer service experience is preferred. Bilingual Spanish skills are required. Skills and Competencies Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to compose reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated understanding and ability to work with persons with disabilities. Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Word is preferred. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
