What you'll be doing...
Your goal is to help drive VCG more efficiently through design and development of AI solutions, understanding the business aspects while relaying requirements to the technical / development teams.
 Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize areas where AI can drive efficiency and create value.
 Designing, developing, and implementing AI solutions tailored to specific business needs  Force-to-Load and Transaction Simulation - using machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
 Developing and applying simulation models to test various scenarios and use cases that directly impact our operations and our customers.
 Acting as a key liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, defining product requirements, priorities, and ensuring the successful delivery of AI solutions.

YouÂll need to have:
 BachelorÂs degree or four or more years of work experience.
 Six or more years of relevant work experience.
 Proven expertise in statistics, simulation, and modeling with practical applications.
 Product management experience.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
 MasterÂs degree in Business, Finance, Operations Research or Engineering Management.
 Consulting experience.
 Agile development experience.
 Knowledge of VCGÂs Retail environment.
 Demonstrated strategic thinking, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.
