Key Responsibilities
• Develop and sustain connections with both new and existing clients through proactive outreach and follow-up communications.
• Assess customer needs and deliver tailored Action2Call solutions, underscoring the critical nature of immediate customer engagement.
• Conduct market research to identify and capitalize on potential sales opportunities in various sectors including home services and legal.
• Exhibit a robust understanding of Action2Call’s AI-enhanced services and effectively articulate their advantages to prospective clients.
• Keep precise records of sales activities through CRM software.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and ensure a seamless client acquisition process.
• Provide insights on customer preferences and market trends to enhance our offerings and service quality.
• Engage in continuous training sessions to bolster your technical sales skills and product knowledge.

Required Skills
• Proven sales experience or a background in a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with industry segments such as plumbing, HVAC, real estate, or legal services is advantageous.
• Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce or similar) is beneficial.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to clearly and compellingly communicate the technical aspects of AI-driven services.

Qualifications
