We’re looking for an AI & Implementation Consultant who understands how businesses actually run and can use AI to make them run better. This role is about identifying inefficiencies, redesigning workflows, and ensuring teams adopt smarter ways of working. The candidate should be equally comfortable mapping processes, implementing AI tools, and influencing teams to shift how they operate.
What You’ll Do
• Analyze and document existing workflows across teams
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and manual processes
• Design practical, scalable AI-enabled improvements
• Implement solutions (automation, AI tools, system integrations)
• Work directly with stakeholders to drive real adoption
• Replace outdated habits with smarter, more efficient workflows
• Measure impact (time saved, output increased, errors reduced)
Who You Are
• Strong understanding of operational workflows
• Proven experience redesigning or optimizing business processes
• Hands-on experience applying AI tools in real business environments
• Able to influence teams without formal authority
• Comfortable challenging “how we’ve always done it”
• Clear communicator who simplifies complexity
• Startup-minded, adaptable, and execution-focused
